All women are invited to join First Baptist Church of Butner’s Annual Fall Women’s Retreat on Saturday, September 16th from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in the Family Life Center.
This year’s theme is “You are chosen!” Chosen for what? Join us and find out!
If you were at last year’s retreat, you remember how the Holy Spirit showed up just minutes into our morning praise and worship and how His Presence remained with us throughout our time together! What a morning! The women at First Baptist have been praying for you! It is our prayer that you will join us on Saturday, September 16th as we discover the undeniability that God has chosen women who are believers in Jesus, out of His love and mercy, and for His glory! Amen!
There will be breakout sessions that target some specific areas in which we are all chosen, praise and worship music, door prizes, light midmorning refreshments, communion, and guest speaker Sherry Clayton of Cry Freedom Missions.
Cry Freedom Missions is a non-profit fighting to eradicate sex/human trafficking through Reaching, Rescuing, and Restoring the lives of survivors. This is happening, here, in our neighborhoods! You do not want to miss the work of this ministry! Sherry will have items for purchase from the Cry Freedom Missions Shoppe that helps to financially support the work of this ministry. So, bring your cash or your card!
It would be helpful to us if you would register for the retreat no later than Wednesday, September 13th. We want to have enough food and supplies on hand so that everyone has a great experience at the retreat, but at the same time, we don’t want to be wasteful of the Lord’s money.
